Payment and delivery

We will contact you once order received by mail or personal messanger (FB or any available) and confirm all payment and delivery details.

We accept PayPal and Cards Visa/Mastercard.

We use EMS delivery (Russian post priveleged sirvice).

Normal delivery is 7-14 days (usual delivery to EU and US).
We supply our clients with tracking number to monitor the delivery on www.pochta.ru - Russian Post web site.
And leave order open till delivery is completed.

We provide an ensurance to each package we send, but local countries custom rules are very different.

So, local custom fees and import restrictions are areas which we can not manage.
